I'm a coach's wife, telling a story the best I know how. It's important and I want to get it right! Jump on the train quick for the Temple Wildcats are gathering steam! Their destination is unknown but their desire is for greatness. Prayerfully join us as God unfolds a new chapter. They've all been good but I won't be surprised if He's saved the best for last!

COWBOY STADIUM!!!
Playing South Lake Carroll, in Cowboy Stadium last Friday night, proved to be a bit much for the up and coming Wildcats. The defending 5A State Champions, having lost only 11 games out of 100 and 4 State Championships, are sound competitors. Experienced and well seasoned, they capitalized on the Cat’s every mistake, giving them no room for error. Though the final score 34-0 would indicate a sound beating, there were many bright spots in the Wildcats performance. After a recent victory over Austin Westlake, our team got to compete on an even higher level of excellence. The Wildcats, though scoreless, never gave up and gained a total 433 yards. It was tough game played in front of a BIG crowd of faithful Temple fans, who like the team, never give up. By the way, I say it often and want to say it again, there is no better place to live, laugh and love than Temple, Texas. It is a close-knit family of generous, hard working, kind hearted, dream big people! We’ve never felt more at home.
After an open week, the Big Blue, rested and revved up will play their District Opener next Friday, Sept. 28th @ home against Killeen Schumacher. Coach Spradlin, said their # 5 is a force to be reckoned with. Let’s blow out Wildcat Stadium with THE TRUE BLUE!

I'm a 'middle-age' cheerleader happily married to my high school boyfriend! I call him Coach.... because he is one! A Texas high school football coach to be exact...and the finest man I've ever known. I love him. I love encouraging him and our three 'twenty something' children (aaahh...just the thought of them brings tears to my eyes)plus a growing family and many precious friends. All of which have blessed me deeply! And that's why I love to cheer!
